LADC needed to work at men’s residential facility located in Farmington--only 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul.

Full time position available working with Adult Men in a Residential setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MUST be a Minnesota Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
• Graduate from an accredited chemical dependency counselor training program
• Documented 12 required hours of Mental Health training for alcohol and drug counselors
• Training working with the Six Dimensions for Rule 31 clinics
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessment of chemical use problems and intake
• Creation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans
• Deliver psycho-educational lectures
• Maintain own caseload and facilitate group and individual therapy as needed
