Staff – The clinical staff consists of alcohol and drug counselors who are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health, a medical director, consulting psychologist, nurse, dietician, trained medication administrators/techs and a chaplain.

Program Features – Rebecca’s residence has three phases in the treatment process, which are individualized for each woman as they go through our program.

Phase I

  • Recognize the negative impact chemical use has had in all of their life areas, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially
  • Become aware of self-defeating behavior patterns and distorted thinking
  • Start taking personal responsibility for their lives

Phase II

  • Build on personal strengths
  • Initiate behavior changes necessary for an abstinence-based lifestyle
  • Through cognitive skills work address the negative patterns and replace them with a more positive outlook
  • Identify personal relationship concerns

Phase III

  • Learn to implement positive strategies to prevent relapse
  • Develop an aftercare plan that helps promote a spiritual and holistic recovery program
